Update the app and the OS
Make sure the app, iOS, and watchOS are all up to date with the latest App Store releases.
Note the route that failed
For trip planning issues, refresh the route and note your origin, destination, line, and scheduled departure.
Check the adapter is BLE
Check that your hardware adapter is Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), power-cycle the ignition, and restart the app.
Check the iOS permissions
Verify Location (Always/While Using), Bluetooth, Notifications, and Background App Refresh in iOS Settings.
Tell us which mode you were in
Let us know if you are running in Hardware OBD Adapter mode, GPS-only mode, or Demo simulation mode.
